Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We offer convenient payment options across Pakistan, including Cash on Delivery on most orders, along with secure online card payments at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Reach out to our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide, including major cities, smaller towns, and remote areas wherever courier services are available.
How long does delivery take?
Major cities usually receive orders within 2 to 4 business days, other cities and towns within 3 to 6 business days, and remote areas within 4 to 8 business days.
Is there a delivery charge?
Shipping charges depend on your delivery location, order value, and any ongoing promotions, and are shown clearly at checkout before payment. We also offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns if you receive the wrong, damaged, or incomplete product, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to start a return request.
Can I return an opened or used perfume?
For hygiene and quality reasons, we can't accept returns on opened bottles, used fragrances, or products with broken seals, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us right away with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is approved, processing time can vary depending on your payment method and your bank or payment provider.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT)?
The main difference is fragrance oil concentration. Eau de Parfum typically holds around 15 to 20% fragrance oil and lasts longer on the skin, often six hours or more. Eau de Toilette has a lighter concentration, usually around 5 to 15%, and tends to last three to five hours, making it a fresher option for daily wear.
What is the difference between perfume and attar?
Perfume is alcohol-based, lighter, and sprayed on, while attar is an oil-based fragrance with no alcohol, applied directly to the skin in small amounts. Because attar is more concentrated, a little goes a long way, and it tends to last longer with a warmer, richer character compared to most sprayed perfumes.
Is wearing perfume with alcohol halal?
This is a common question, and opinions among Islamic scholars vary. Many consider the synthetic alcohol used in most modern perfumes different from drinking alcohol, while others prefer to avoid it altogether to be safe, especially before prayer. If you'd rather avoid alcohol entirely, our attar collection is alcohol-free and a popular choice for that reason.
How can I make my perfume last longer?
Apply it to moisturized pulse points like your wrists and neck right after a shower, avoid rubbing your wrists together afterward, and store the bottle in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Eau de Parfum and attar will naturally last longer than lighter concentrations like Eau de Toilette.
How can I tell if a perfume is original or fake?
Genuine perfumes usually have consistent packaging, a clear batch code, and a scent that develops in stages over a few hours rather than fading or smelling "off" quickly. Buying from a trusted, established seller is the simplest way to avoid counterfeit products.
Which type of fragrance works best for Pakistan's weather?
Lighter, fresh, or citrus-based Eau de Toilette fragrances tend to work well in hot, humid weather, while richer Eau de Parfum, oud, and attar fragrances are better suited to cooler winter months or evening wear.
